Standard Clean
Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance fronts. Bathrooms cleaned and disinfected. Dusting, vacuuming and mopping throughout, beds made and trash out.
Deep Clean
Everything in the Standard Clean, plus baseboards, doors and trim, cabinet fronts, light switches, built-up grime in kitchens and bathrooms, and detailed dusting. Best for a first visit or a home that's overdue.
Move-In / Move-Out
A full clean of an empty home, including inside cabinets, drawers, fridge and oven. Ready for keys, a walk-through or a new start.
The Reset Membership
Your dedicated cleaner on a set schedule, with priority booking and member pricing. Your first visit is at the regular price; member pricing starts on your second. Pause or cancel anytime.

Do I need to provide anything?
No. We bring all supplies and equipment, including our own vacuum. You provide access, running water and electricity. If you'd like us to use a specific product on a surface, such as marble or natural wood, leave it out and we'll use yours.
What's the difference between a Standard and Deep Clean?
A Standard Clean keeps a home that's already in good shape clean. A Deep Clean adds baseboards, doors and trim, cabinet fronts and detailed work on built-up grime. If your home hasn't had a professional clean in the last two months, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean.
Will I really get the same cleaner every time?
Yes. Your cleaner keeps notes on your home and how you like it. If she's ever out sick, we'll text you first and let you choose whether to reschedule.
How long does a clean take?
Most Standard Cleans take 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of your home. Deep and Move-Out cleans take longer. We'll give you a time window when we confirm.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a door code, lockbox or key. Your access details are stored securely and only shared with your cleaner.
Is it okay if I have pets?
Of course. Let us know their names and anything we should watch for, like a cat who slips out the door. Homes with heavy shedding may need the pet hair add-on.
How does payment work?
Nothing is due when you book. After your clean, we text you a secure payment link along with your Clean Report. Pay by card, add a tip for your cleaner if you'd like, and save your card for future visits.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule or cancel free with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made less than 24 hours before your clean carry a $50 fee, because your cleaner has set that time aside for you.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
